Return Policy

We accept unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept personalised or used items.

If you've received a damaged/defective product, please email us your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) along with an image of the damaged/defective product received within 48 hours of receiving the product.

 

If You're entitled to a refund, You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

We can only refund postage costs if we have sent you the wrong item or if the item is faulty.

 

 

Returns procedure:

1. Write to us at info@journally.com.au with Subject as "Return : Damaged/Defective - Order Number" and let us know the reason for return.

2. Wait for our response. We make sure to reply within 24 business hours. We'll provide instructions for the returns procedure.
